The lack of air conditioning was quite uncomfortable, as I often had to open the balcony door for fresh air. This, unfortunately, allowed street noise to interrupt my sleep multiple times.

Place was quaint and exceptionally comfortable, enjoyed the stay.
Everything exceeded all expectations, I would come back for sure. Booked it for 2 days and had a fine experience. It was in a good and unbeatable location very close to the bus stop...

Thoroughly enjoyed the way my double room was arranged with balcony and excellent value for money plus the remaining interior design. Exceptionally nice location, it was minutes from a tube station. And I was minutes from restaurants and bars.

The hotel's charming terrace provided the perfect spot for morning coffee. I particularly enjoyed the really good breakfast with a variety of homemade jams and the welcoming vibe of the staff.

Perfect hotel for your stay in Munich. It's a bit far from the center but very well connected. Right outside the door there is a bus stop. You take the No. 55 and you're in no time at all on the subway. we arrived at the hotel, door of the reception was closed, we waited more than 10 minutes and even called by phone but no answer. We went out to the street and rang a bell several times and finally someone came out. That doesn't give much peace of mind after a long trip. In general everything was fine, bed and pillows were very comfortable. With respect to the breakfast it is not as varied as in other hotels but it fulfills the expectations. To put some glitches I would say that the key of the light is in the middle of the two beds and you spend the night turning on the light and that is something uncomfortable. It would also be great if there was a mini bar.

Particularly good and unbeatable location - so close to Wochenmarkt Perlach. Nice building and rooms with excellent value for money.

A gem in a quiet corner
The staff treated us like family.
The absence of air conditioning was nice. The nearby street noise occasionally interrupted our peaceful moments.

The hotel does not look so nice from the outside, but the more it surprises from the inside. We had a great newly renovated room with a modern, very new bathroom. The room has a very pleasant, cosy but modern colour scheme. The furniture and equipment is new and modern. Everything is very clean. The breakfast buffet is rich and fresh. We had a room at the back with a balcony and a view into the greenery. Also the location fits, it is not in the centre but the bus stop is right in front of the door. Only the price was already quite high for a 3 star hotel. But otherwise everything was really great.

Quaint little and absolutely fabulous place, I really enjoyed efficient personnel.
The hotel was fairly clean, the rooms were well laid out and reasonably large. Booked a room with a "balcony. Property's location was unbeatable, in a nice neighborhood. I visited Tortenparadies Munchen, based steps away from the hotel, had dinner there.

great stay but missing some essentials
The hotel is freshly renovated with a cozy atmosphere that makes you feel at home. The breakfast selection was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and always eager to help. I loved that there were a few good Bavarian bier-gardens nearby for evening relaxation. Staying here allowed for much-needed calm in the neighborhood.
There was a noticeable lack of air conditioning in the room , made it uncomfortable during warmer days.

They have revamped the breakfast room, and they have done it really well. Free email check now available in reception - another plus.
Couple more uk channels on tv would have been welcome.

Fab hotel was super comfy, super clean, and the breakfast was really amazin! The staff are friendly and super helpful, makin ya feel like at home. We had this nice view from our room that was peaceful, and the transport links are all close by-made it easy to get around. Also loved the local feel with cute bakeries nearby. Definitely a solid choice for relaxin and explorin munich!
The only downside was there was no air conditioning, and it got a bit too warm. The hotel is like 30-40 mins away from the city center, a bit of a bummer.

The location was great with quick access to the Metro Bus 55 line across the street which takes you to the Ostbanhof station and anywhere you want from there. There were a few places to eat within waling distance and a grocery store just down the street. The staff were very helpful, spoke excellent English and even assisted me with booking and printing out tickets for our next trip. The rooms were clean, surprisingly large, had a balcony and had a small refrigerator in them which was nice.
